Chef's Garden Dinner

It has been a dream of mine to host a beautiful Chef's Garden dinner amoungst magic of the flowers.  Chef Marcus Rubio Moehler is a local Chef that has been in the culinary industry for over a decade. After graduating from culinary college, his experience continued to cultivate at high end restuarants around the world including Michelin stars in Spain, Abacus, Nobu and Uchi.  He has curated a beautiful 5-course meal with wine parings, which will be served in the middle of the Gardens as you come explore and relax the night away. Come enjoy the sounds, tastes, and breathtaking views of Summer with friends and loved ones.

Lobster Roll calabrina chili aioli

Scallop avocado crema mango pico crispy wonton

Arugula, watermelon, broken lemon vin, pumpkin seeds, goat cheese

Lamb loin carrot top pesto roulade, sumac aioli, rainbow carrots, sugar snap peas, pea tendril, carrot powder

Saffron Ice cream sandow peach and rasberry compot toasted hazelnut

Wine parings at every course

*Tables will consist of groups of 4, 6, 8, and 12 seats- so please comment (how many) is in your attending party.

For the Rockwall/Heath attendees we've put together a Passenger Bus package.  You can now start your night off by being picked up at Mi Cocina's (Rockwall at 6:15 pm) and at the end of the evening, be taken back from McGaffey Garden's at (9pm). Please add on your bus ticket at check out so you have a spot.

I understand that by participating in events at McGaffey Flowers that there are numerous obvious and non-obvious inherent risks always present in such activity despite all safety precautions

I agree that should and emergency medical treatment be required, I and/or my own accident/medical insurance company shall pay for all such incurred expenses.

I agree that in consideration of McGaffey Flowers allowing my participation in this or any activity, under the terms set forth herein, I, the student, for myself and on behalf of my child and/or legal ward, heirs, administrators, personal representatives or assigns, do agree to hold harmless, release, and discharge McGaffey Flowers, its owners, agents, employees, officers, directors, representatives, assigns, members, owners of premises and trails, affiliated organizations, and Insurers, and others acting on its behalf (Hereinafter, collectively referred to as “Associates”), of and from all claims, demands, causes of action and legal liability, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, due to McGaffey Flowers and or its associates ordinary negligence; and I do further agree that except in the event of McGaffey Flowers gross negligence and willful and wanton misconduct, I shall not bring any claims demands, legal action, against McGaffey flowers and its associates as stated above in this clause, for any economic and non-economic losses due to bodily injury, death, property damages sustained by me and/or my minor child or legal ward in relation to the premises and operations of McGaffey Flowers, to include while planting, harvesting, and arranging flowers by or in the care, custody and control of McGaffey Flowers, whether on or off the premises of McGaffey Flowers.

I, the undersigned, or the parent or guardian having control or custody of the undersigned child grand my permission to participate in activities and instruction at McGaffey flowers. I certify that I, or if a minor, my child is physically and mentally fit for all activities and will obey all staff and rules.

I/WE UNDERSTAND, HAVE READ IN FULL AND DO UNDERSTAND THE FOREGOING AGREEMENTS, WARNINGS, RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK, I/WE FURTHER ATTEST THAT ALL FACTS RELATING TO THE APPLICANT’S PHYSICAL CONDITION EXPERIENCE, AND AGE ARE TRUE AND ACCURATE.
